  • What are some tips for keeping a lesbian marriage? I am in love With my wife , and since we have had a lot of drama the past few years I am wondering how to keep it good? It is hard enough that two women are double the emotions but I really want to keep this relationship strong. We have kids and that makes her less able to be spontaneous which I fear will make things dull. I just need some good suggestions.


  • You can't keep a marriage like how it started. Everything changes. Change is the only thing permanent in this world. A relationship can either be better or bad. So try to make it better. You can keep the magic alive, if you think of things you can do with him, and always spend time with him. Time management is very important.

    Trust should always be kept. Don't be too suspicious of what he thinks is wrong(women are always like that) and that's how misuderstanding starts. And don't manipulate husbands, their feelings will easily be hurt and ego. Always do small things for him.

    And most improtantly, Love him for what he is and don't try to change him.

  • Try to do things without the kids once in a while. Get a babysitter and go on dates. Have romantic dinners etc. Perhaps plan an exciting trip just for you. Or just try to be thoughtful to eachother on an every day basis and plan small surprises now and then.

    Talk as much as you can about every issue that comes along. Lack of communication is what destroys a lot of marriages. Try to avoid bickering about everyday things - making schedules about boring chores might sound a bit much but that way you wont have to argue about who's turn it is doing laundry and you can concentrate on more interesting things.


  • your issues are no different than the issues a man and a women or a man and a man have; you have to remember to laugh and hold hands and have fun.....kids may make things less spontaneous but they make it all so much better! only dull people have dull relationships.....
